1. Introduction
This Cookie Policy explains how Nordkey AB ("Nordkey", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on https://officepaket.se (the "Website"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we process personal data more generally.

2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They let the website recognise your device, remember your choices and understand how the site is used. Cookies set by us are called first-party cookies. Cookies set by other companies whose services we use are called third-party cookies.
Cookies are either session cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser, or persistent cookies, which stay on your device until they expire or you delete them.
We also use technologies that work in a similar way:
- Local storage and session storage, which store information in your browser without sending it with every request.
- Pixels and tags, small pieces of code that let us or our partners register that you have visited a page or completed a purchase.
- Server-side tagging. Measurement and marketing tags on the Website are delivered through a tag manager hosted on our own subdomain by a service called Stape. This means several identifiers that would otherwise be set by third parties are set as first-party cookies. Your data is then forwarded from that server to the partners you have consented to. It does not change what is shared or with whom, and you control it through the same consent settings.
In this policy, "cookies" refers to all of these technologies.
3. Your consent and how to change it
When you first visit the Website we show a consent banner provided by Cookiebot. Only strictly necessary cookies are set before you make a choice. Statistics, preference and marketing cookies are set only if you accept them.
- You can accept all cookies, reject all cookies that are not necessary, or choose category by category.
- You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by opening the cookie settings through the "Cookie settings" link in the Website footer.
- Your choice is stored in a cookie for 12 months. After that, or if we add new cookies that require consent, we ask you again.
- If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of marketing cookies and of the sharing of your data for targeted advertising, where the law requires this.
Withdrawing consent stops new cookies from being set and stops further sharing of your data. It does not delete cookies that are already on your device. Section 8 explains how to delete them.

The tables below list the cookies in use on the Website when this policy was last updated. Cookiebot scans the Website regularly and the current list is always available in the cookie settings.

5.2 Preference cookies
The support chat (Intercom) is loaded only after you have accepted preference cookies. If you decline, the chat is not shown and you can reach us at [email protected] instead.

5.3 Statistics cookies
Our main analytics tool, Fathom Analytics, does not use cookies or any other identifier stored on your device. It counts visits in aggregate and cannot follow you between websites. It works regardless of your cookie choice because it does not process personal data on your device.

When marketing cookies are enabled, our tag manager also sends events such as page views, products viewed, purchases and order values to Google, Meta and Microsoft, together with a hashed version of your email address if you are logged in or have completed a purchase. The hash lets the partner match the purchase to an ad you clicked without receiving your email address in readable form. Our Privacy Policy explains the roles of these partners and the data shared with them.

7. Cookies in our emails
Emails we send may contain a small image or a tracked link that tells us whether the email was opened and which links were clicked. We use this to measure our marketing emails and to make sure order and licence emails are delivered. You can prevent this by turning off image loading in your email program. Service emails, such as order confirmations and licence deliveries, do not contain marketing tracking.
8. Blocking and deleting cookies in your browser
Besides the cookie settings on the Website, you can control cookies in your browser. Most browsers let you block all cookies, block only third-party cookies, delete cookies already stored, and warn you before a cookie is set. Instructions for the most common browsers:

If you block necessary cookies, parts of the Website will not work. You will not be able to log in, keep products in your shopping cart or complete a purchase. Blocking preference, statistics and marketing cookies does not affect the core functions of the Website.
9. Information for specific regions
European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland. Under the EU ePrivacy Directive as implemented in national law, including the Swedish Electronic Communications Act, and under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, we need your consent before storing or reading anything on your device that is not strictly necessary. The consent banner is how we collect it, and this policy is the information we are required to give you. Where personal data is processed through cookies, the legal basis is your consent for non-necessary cookies and our legitimate interest in running a secure and functioning website for necessary cookies.
United States. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of "targeted advertising". The data we share with Google, Meta and Microsoft through marketing cookies is treated as sharing for targeted advertising under those laws. You can opt out through the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the Website footer, through the cookie settings, or by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser. We do not knowingly share the personal information of anyone under 16.
Other countries. Where local law requires consent for cookies, we obtain it through the consent banner. Where local law requires an opt-out, you can opt out through the cookie settings at any time.
10. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the cookies we use or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. The list in section 5 is refreshed when Cookiebot rescans the Website. Significant changes are announced through the consent banner, which will ask for your consent again.
